{ Ease } Back into the Work Week

Getting up for work this morning would have been much easier if I could slip into one of these gorgeous pieces while getting myself ready for the day.

Plum Pretty Sugar (the name itself is yummy enough to want to have one of your own) brings us soft, flowy, breezy, beauty in the form of gorgeous robes and lounge wear as well as fabulous accessories to make your house a home.

I don't know what I like more - the robes themselves or the photos of them...Equally Exquisite.

Monday Giveaway { Happy } Anniversary Shelby Nycole!

Today marks the one year anniversary of my little old blog so I thought I would do something I've never done before....a giveaway! I've always wanted to do one and now I have the perfect reason.

To thank everyone for following along with me this past year {I've met so many awesome, inspiring people} I'm going to give away 2 of my 5 X 7 {or 5 X 5} prints {your choice} from my etsy shop. All you have to do is pop over to my shop, pick which two you would like {one for you and one for a friend....or two for you}, leave a comment below and voila! at the end of the week I will randomly pick a winner.

Fun, huh? Tell your friends, family, co-workers - the more the merrier!

See you soon....{xoxo}

TTV: For Sale!

I've been playing around with TTV textures and stuff. I came up with a few creations that are available for purchase at my Etsy shop! You'll notice that I added a watermark signature to my images, this would not appear on your purchased print.

After this I promise I'll stop whoring out my Etsy shop...for a few days.

And thank you for all the lovely comments on my last post. Your positive feedback really keeps me going!

Focus Group

1.

Ok my dear friends. I sold a photo the other day on my etsy page and I was so stoked that I'm trying to get more prints up there. I had this wacky idea of adding text to some of my images to turn them into cards of some sort. It all started with Jamie's birthday. Eventually I want to be able to print actual cards myself but I can't find the right paper. And I don't want to go through the process of ordering them online since I want to print them as they're purchased. But that's not what this is about...

I need your help. If you would so kindly be a little "online focus group" and let me know what you think of these little creations.

  • Would you purchase them as actual prints? Or would you prefer them as cards?
  • Would you even purchase them if they were cards?
  • Do you like the added text at all or would you rather it not be there?
  • If you do like the text, do you like one simple word as shown?
  • Would you like to see phrases like Happy Mother's Day, Congratulations, Get Well Soon, etc?
  • Would you like to see quotes? Song lyrics?
  • If given the option would you want a customized print where you tell me what to write on the shot?
  • What do you think of the fonts? Keep it simple? Or do you like the funkiness?
Any other advice would be AWESOME! I appreciate all of your creative input : ) I've numbered them to make it a little easier for you to tell me which ones you do like and which you could do without. Thank you!
