The Walkmen are 5 New Yorkers who have been playing rock music since they were 10 years old. Over the years, and in their many ensembles, they’ve experimented with punk, noise, a lot of “garage” sounds, ska, and rock. Oh and they're awesome. Not just because their music rocks but also because they're generous and caring individuals - something that is becoming more and more rare in the music industry.

That is amazing! I must say, I am not as "up" on the music scene as I should be, but these guys sound amazing....thanks for your post, I will check them out!
