Zulu thanks you all for the lovely birthday wishes! She had a blast at her Luau last night with lots of friends and presents and fabulous FOOD! Rich made pulled pork sandwiches on sweet rolls with homemade teriyaki sauce and the most delicious Mai-Tais EVER. I made a spicy coleslaw, pineapple-avocado salsa and coconut macadamia nut cookies. Everything was a huge success and the night was topped off by a Laker win (which made a few of our guests very happy party-goers)

A couple weeks ago I asked you guys for suggestions for my 365. Boy did you come through! Both Jamie and Jackie suggested food photos and that's what I attempted to tackle this past week. I'm nowhere near as talented as these girls are in the kitchen so I kept it simple....
