Oh Hi There

Is anyone still out there? I hope this post finds everyone well. I've missed blogging but have been so overwhelmed with moving into our new home. I can't wait to share pictures with everyone!

Plus there was that whole trip to South Africa and all the hundreds of pictures to share that I don't even know where to begin. So I'll start here. After nearly two whole days of traveling we finally arrived to SA and hit the road to Kruger National Park. Upon entering the park we were greeted by a couple of lion. Not a bad way to start the trip.

As I type this guys are installing our new hardwood floors - it's taken them nearly a week and I'm just ready for them to be done. We've painted nearly every surface of this house and have new carpet going in toward the end of the week. We've also discovered a leak in our roof courtesy of this crazy storm that we've been having here in California. Oh the joys of being a homeowner. {But I am not complaining, promise!}
