Today is a good day.
See that up there? It's a moving truck. I've never been more happy to see a moving truck in my whole life. That moving truck belongs to our downstairs neighbors. The same neighbors that constantly complain about our "noise" while they constantly smoke cigarettes at all hours of the day, allow their dog to bark incessantly and regularly watch movies at full bass causing minor earthquakes to roll through our condo.
